Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consultations booked with Dr. Hanish Gupta via checkmysugar.com. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Consultation fee

The consultation fee is shared with you when your appointment is confirmed and is confirmed to you before your appointment is scheduled.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you give at least 12 hours notice, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• Cancellation with adequate notice (at least 12 hours): eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling.
• Late cancellation (less than the notice period): the fee may be partly or fully non-refundable.
• No-show (you do not join the scheduled video call and do not inform us): the fee is non-refundable.

4. Technical failure

If a consultation cannot take place due to a technical problem on our side, you will be offered a prompt rescheduling or a full refund.

5. Nature of the service

The fee is for the Doctor's professional time, assessment and written plan. It is not contingent on any particular clinical outcome, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. How to request a refund
