We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

WhatsApp is convenient and offers end-to-end encryption in transit, but it is a third-party platform we do not control. If you prefer not to share medical reports over WhatsApp, please tell us and we will arrange an alternative secure method.
Consultation records are retained for the period required under applicable medical record-keeping norms, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised. We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above or as required by law.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
